Concession Volunteers
Thank you volunteering to work the Band Parent’s Concession Stand. This is the largest fund-raiser for the Auburn Band Parent’s Association. The funds from these sales help support the band programs at Drake, the Jr. High and the High School.
We also need “Runners”: Someone willing to take supplies between the home concession and the visitor’s concession during the game. We often have younger kids (10+) willing to do this job. If you or your child is willing to help, please register them too.
As always, volunteers for the concession do not pay to park or enter the game. Check with the “Pass Gate” and they will let you in based on the sign-up sheets. However, we don’t have the authority to admit anyone in who is not working in the concession.
We are using EventBrite to register this year, it is quick and easy, but you must register for each night you are willing to work. You will receive an e-mail confirmation for each day you register. You can click on each event below to register and see who has already registered. In your email confirmation, the game you selected will be listed under ticket types. You do not need to bring the email confirmation or photo ID to be admitted to the game.

Be at Band-O-Rama by 5:00 (4:45 if possible).
Be at the games at least one hour early (5:45 if possible). Games begin at 7:00.
