Registration and Orientation for 

08-09 Kindergarten


You can register your child from 8:00-3:00 pm Monday-Friday in the office at AEEC.

You will fill out forms and turn in the following 5 items:

The following items are needed for registration (you must have these 5 things before your child can be registered):

(1) Certified Birth Certificate

                   Child must be 5 years old on or before September 2nd

(2)Social Security Card

(3)Alabama Certified Immunization Record (Blue) Up-to-Date   ( students MUST have the 2nd measles immunization prior to entering school)

(4)Proof of Residency

                       1. Lease agreement or Mortgage papers 

                       .AND

 (5)One of the following:

                            a. voter registration card

                            b. driver’s license

                            c. tag receipt

                            d. property tax statement

                            e. current utility bill

If you are a legal guardian for the child you must provide legal documentation of guardianship.
